Yes we are! We offer free Gisborne City delivery! We also have set charges for out of town and offer a collection system for our customers who live far away! We always try to make it work.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit for each of our services is $60.

How do I pay my balance?

Please pay your remaining balance at least one week before your booking (unless you've requested an invoice). We have a few different options for you:

• AfterPay;

• PayPal or;

• Some of our customers like to set up an automatic payment in their banking app. If you do this, just use your name and booking date as a reference. Our banking details are:

Reference: Just add your name and booking date e.g. Smith24/05.

If you are unable to pay in the ways mentioned above, get in touch and we’ll do our best to arrange an alternative payment method for you.

How much do I owe?

If you've already paid your $60 deposit, just remove this from the total cost. You'll find the cost of the service on this page.

Weather

New Zealand weather is very unpredictable! So if heavy rain or high wind is due, we won't cancel until the morning of your booking and, will either postpone to another day that suits or offer you a refund. The castles can handle a light breeze and the odd shower. If it rains, towel dry and, you are good to go again! In case of a heavy downpour, have an umbrella or chair ready and place over the fan blower to protect it from the elements.

Pony Cycles are designed for children ages 3 and up. We also offer larger models that can accommodate older children and adults, ensuring fun for all ages!

PonyCycles are powered by a unique mechanical system. Riders pushes the foot stand up and down, which propels the cycle forward. No batteries or electricity are needed, making them eco-friendly and easy to use.

Pony Cycles are versatile and can be used both indoors and outdoors. They work best on smooth, hard surfaces like floors, pavements, and paths. Avoid rough or uneven terrain to maintain safety and performance.

Yes, we provide delivery and setup services for all Pony Cycle rentals. We ensure that the Pony Cycles are set up and ready to go before your event starts, and we also handle the pickup after the event.

We offer a variety of Pony Cycles including unicorns, zebras, brown horses, black horses, lions, and donkeys. You can book 4, 6 or 8. 3 different sizes to choose from including 2 large ones for adults.

Small Pony Cycles up to 75kgs

Medium Pony Cycles up to 95kgs

Large Pony cycles up to 120kgs
