Bubble Ball Hire Agreement

Your safety is extremely important to us so please read the following points carefully. We've also unfortunately had a few incidents where our Bubble Balls haven't been given the respect they deserve, so you’ll find advice for easily preventing any charges or damage.


This Hire Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the hirer ("You" or "Your") and the company providing Bubble Ball rental services ("We," "Us," or "Our"). By booking our Bubble Balls, You agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Health and Safety

1.1 Your safety is of utmost importance to us. Please carefully read and adhere to the following health and safety points during the hire period.

1.2 Upon arrival at the designated area of use, it is Your responsibility to inspect the area and remove any sharp or dangerous objects, including glass, stones, sticks, or any other hazardous materials.


1.3 Once the Bubble Balls are set up, please ensure all excess equipment is removed and stored away properly.


1.4 Before using the Bubble Ball, a demonstration will be conducted by Our representative to explain the proper procedure for entering the Bubble Ball. You must wear the provided straps at all times. Additionally, instructions on how to roll if bumped and how to stand back up will be given.


1.5 You must follow the rules and refrain from intentionally bumping into other players, as it may cause harm.


1.6 Regular breaks will be provided to the players, and You should remind them to rehydrate frequently.


1.7 If a player becomes stuck upside down in the Bubble Ball, You must assist in rolling them over to the correct position.


1.8 If a player becomes stuck on their back, You should help them up and instruct them to roll onto their stomach to get back up next time.


1.9 An adult over 18 years old must supervise the activity at all times to ensure the safety of the participants.


1.10 Please keep streamers, poppers, silly string, face paint, or any other substances away from the inflatables, as they can stain the PVC and vinyl. Prior to using the Bubble Balls, ensure that children's faces are dry and free of paint. If the inflatables become wet, muddy, or stained during your booking, You may incur a cleaning charge of $100.


2. Inspection and Liability
2.1 We maintain a record of the condition of our Bubble Balls. Before leaving the person you collect them from, we advise You to thoroughly inspect the Bubble Balls and note any existing problems or damages.

2.2 If any malicious damage occurs to the Bubble Balls during the hire period, You will be held liable for the full cost of repairs, including transportation and loss of business costs incurred while the Bubble Balls are being fixed.
